Dr. Sandip Sane
Co-Founder & Chief Platform Architect
Dr. Sane is the intellectual architect of the GrowthOS™ framework. He holds a Doctorate in Marketing Management (Savitribai Phule Pune University) and is UGC NET qualified. With 25+ years spanning academic leadership (Dean/Director roles), 100+ management development programmes — including SIDBI-sponsored SME MDPs — and extensive hands-on SME advisory experience, he brings a rare combination of academic rigour and ground-level operational insight. A published researcher with patent applications filed in the UK and India, he designs the methodology; the team deploys it.
Shubhada Sane
Co-Founder & CEO
Shubhada leads Sanyadaa as Co-Founder and CEO. An MBA in Finance with 15 years of industrial experience and 7 years in academic management, she brings deep operational and financial acumen to SME transformation. She drives client strategy, partnerships, and revenue growth across Maharashtra and beyond, applying structured financial thinking to help SMEs build sustainable growth frameworks.
